The Strait Area Chamber has hosted several "Small Halls" women's leadership and empowerment sessions over the last number of years now\, we're bringing women together under one roof to energize and connect! This half-day experience at the Inverary Inn\, in beautiful Baddeck\, will include an opportunity for attendees to share their experiences successes\, challenges\, opportunities\, and a-ha moments! Expect the unexpected at this event it wont be a typical morning of sitting and listening. Topics will include non-traditional work experiences\, self-care and mental health\, and determining and defining our own successes.
