Agile Project Management

Increase product and service value by using alternative project management techniques. When substantial effort is required to manage the various project management phases, project managers should consider using alternate project management methodologies. The Agile Project Management course will provide an overview of the fundamentals of Agile Project Management and compare the benefits and disadvantages of the agile approach for any project. Participants will also explore Hybrid Methods of project management and analyze real-world projects and case studies, allowing for application and practice of both Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
