If you are interested in exploring the EU market you need to attend APEC's January 26 webinar on EU trade When the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) is ratified, Atlantic Canadian businesses will have new opportunities in the European Union, one of the largest markets in the world. Research carried out by the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council (APEC) shows that Atlantic exporters will need to do their homework to understand and manage the risks of entering this diverse market. On January 26 at 10 a.m. (AST) APEC's Senior Economist David Chaundy will host a one hour webinar for Atlantic business leaders highlighting the opportunities and proven strategies for success. The session will explain why businesses should consider the EU, detail key features of the EU that business leaders need to understand, and highlight specific opportunities for regional manufacturers. Mr. Chaundy will also share the "lessons learned" from seasoned Atlantic exporters who are already doing business in the EU. This is a must attend webinar for any business person in Atlantic Canada wondering about exporting opportunities in the EU.
