Breakfast with Taxpayers’ Ombudsman Sherra Profit
The Taxpayers’ Ombudsman’s role is to increase awareness about the Office’s services which is to influence positive changes to the services provided by the Canada Revenue Agency and improve their accountability. Along with speaking about her role as Taxpayers Ombudsman, Ms. Profit will discuss the complaint process, taxpayer rights and answer questions.
