Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce-Workforce Summit 2020

As we approach a new decade, one issue has emerged as the biggest challenge facing Atlantic Canada's business community – workforce attraction and retention. From small mom-and-pop shops to giant industrial players, virtually every business has been challenged to find the right skilled labour to meet workforce demands. The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton and 3+ Corporation want to contribute to the dialogue around this issue, and work with business and other stakeholders to find solutions to this challenge.
