Navigating COVID-19: Mindset & Process Improvement Solving the challenges related to COVID-19 begins with thinking differently. This webinar will explore mindset and process improvement as a driver of innovation in a COVID-19 world. It will also offer an interactive experience of flexibility of mind: an attribute of a leadership mindset. Participants will leave the webinar: Understanding the role of mindset in innovating during the pandemic Understanding the connection between process improvement and mindset Understanding how data can help inform innovation The format of this session will be a virtual meeting and attendees are encouraged to attend with their videos on to participate in the exercises.
