Strategic Risk Management

Master the frameworks for identifying, assessing, acting on, and communicating risk issues in order to plan for the future. The Strategic Risk Management course identifies recent innovations in risk management approaches and focuses on using risk management processes and tools for organizational success. Participants will learn how to be proactive in identifying and managing risk to improve decision-making, increase capacity and enhance performance. Risk in projects, initiatives and policy development are also explored to understand how to ensure benefits and maximize value for the organization.
