Halifax Chamber-Business After Hours Easter Seals Nova Scotia
Join us for an evening of great networking and food at Easter Seals Nova Scotia!
Easter Seals Nova Scotia is a primary destination for those seeking information, support, mobility equipment, recreation programs, and skills development opportunities. We advocate for a barrier-free Nova Scotia and provide top-quality services promoting mobility, inclusion and independence for Nova Scotians with disabilities. 30% of Nova Scotians live with a disability, the highest percentage amongst all Canadian provinces.
Annually, more than 2,700 Nova Scotians and their families participate in or bene?t from our programs and services. As a provincial organization, we serve Nova Scotians from Yarmouth to Cape Breton. We bridge the gap between Nova Scotians with disabilities and the programs and services that can meet their goals, aspirations and access to full participation in their communities.Halifax Chamber-Business After Hours ...Date and Time

Truth and Reconciliation
Recognizing the importance of education, the Chamber encourages businesses to provide comprehensive training for management and staff on the history of Indigenous peoples, including the legacy of residential schools, Indigenous rights, and Aboriginal-Crown relations. Emphasizing intercultural competency, conflict resolution, and anti-racism, these efforts aim to foster a more inclusive and harmonious corporate environment rooted in mutual understanding and respect.
