  • The Atlantic Chamber of Commerce is incorporated under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, S.C. 2009, c. 23. Our Bylaws establish the governance framework for the organization, outlining the roles and responsibilities of our Board of Directors, membership, and decision-making processes. They help ensure transparency, accountability, and effective leadership as we represent the interests of the business community across Atlantic Canada.

    Recognizing the importance of education, the Chamber encourages businesses to provide comprehensive training for management and staff on the history of Indigenous peoples, including the legacy of residential schools, Indigenous rights, and Aboriginal-Crown relations.
