This 3-week virtual course supports leaders across business, government, and community organizations in applying reconciliation in real-world contexts where decisions,
relationships, and outcomes are shaped daily.

Specifically, this course moves beyond understanding reconciliation to applying it in practice within leadership, workplace experience, partnerships, and workforce decisions.

Participants will explore how to strengthen trust, widen access to opportunity, and build the internal capacity required to sustain meaningful change.
