    Newcomers Are Central To Our Future, Let Them Vote In Local Elections

    On May 10th, New Brunswickers will head to the polls to vote in their local elections. This election and campaign have been unique in several ways – starting with the ongoing pandemic and the one-year delay. This has limited traditional campaigning activities and puts more emphasis on social media and other online resources.

    Recognizing the importance of education, the Chamber encourages businesses to provide comprehensive training for management and staff on the history of Indigenous peoples, including the legacy of residential schools, Indigenous rights, and Aboriginal-Crown relations.
